We offer our clients advisory services in acquisitions. Together with the client, we develop a clear acquisition strategy and analyze the market environment. Once the target company has been identified, we manage the process and negotiations according to the agreed mandate all the way to the completion of the transaction. The goal is a controlled and efficient process that produces an outcome that satisfies all parties.
What Does Buy-Side Advisory Include?

Preparation
We define an acquisition strategy together with the client, specifying the key criteria of the target company being sought, such as location, size, business and customer base.
Negotiation
We approach the selected target companies directly and confidentially. We hold discussions with the owners, obtain the necessary additional information and agree on the progress. We lead the negotiation process in accordance with the client’s mandate, involve the client in the discussion at the right stage and take the process in a controlled manner to an indicative offer.
Agreement
We are involved throughout the entire agreement phase, from the letter of intent (LOI) to the due diligence review and the final purchase agreement (SPA). We ensure that the terms and structure of the transaction support the client’s interests and that the whole thing progresses in a controlled manner towards implementation.
