Marko is a specialist in business acquisitions and has long experience in handling company sales and purchases. After selling his own company, he has helped hundreds of Finnish SMEs develop and carry out their strategies through national development programs. Marko has also contributed to the ownership transfer guide that the Federation of Finnish Enterprises still uses as a national basic guide for entrepreneurs planning to buy or sell a company.
Timo has worked as an entrepreneur for his entire 30-year career. He has sold two companies that he founded himself, and both continue their operations today. Timo gets along naturally with entrepreneurs and focuses on finding practical solutions for them in business sale situations. He understands the everyday reality of small business owners and knows from his own experience what a successful company sale requires.
Sarianne is a lawyer and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in corporate taxation, transfer pricing, business succession, owner-entrepreneur taxation, and corporate law. She also advises family wealth planning and family and inheritance law matters after a company sale.
Veikko is a final-stage M.Sc. student in economics. At Exita, he is responsible for practical tasks related to business transactions, as well as company administration and personnel management. Through his studies and work experience, he has gained a clear understanding of how SMEs operate and what the practical requirements of business sales are.
Tuomas is a B.Sc. in Economics and is completing his M.Sc. studies while working. His focus areas are strategic finance and analytics. He is responsible for preparing clear and well-structured materials for buyers during the company sale process. His work focuses on understanding financial numbers and deal structures and presenting them in a way that gives buyers a clear overall picture.
