Marko Matalamäki

Marko has founded, acquired, and sold companies, and has advised hundreds of Finnish businesses in developing and executing their strategies. In 2016, he authored Finland’s leading guide to ownership transitions, published by the Federation of Finnish Enterprises, which remains a go-to resource for entrepreneurs planning a sale or acquisition. With 15 years of entrepreneurial experience, Marko is committed to ensuring that owners capture the full strategic and financial value of their business – and preferably more.
Timo Röyskö

Timo has spent his entire 30-year career as an entrepreneur, founding, growing, and scaling his own companies, and completing two successful exits. With an extensive network of contacts and a deep understanding of the critical factors in selling a business, Timo approaches challenges with entrepreneurial focus and determination, moving decisively toward the goal and leaving no room for failure.
Sarianne Mäkelä

Sarianne is both an entrepreneur and an expert in corporate law and taxation. With over 20 years of experience in corporate taxation, transfer pricing, succession planning, owner taxation, and company law, she also advises clients on post-transaction family wealth planning, as well as family and inheritance law matters. Sarianne acts as a translator of complex legal and tax issues, ensuring that clients understand and can act on them with confidence. She is also actively involved in entrepreneurial organizations.
Our team combines financial and legal expertise with a practical business perspective. We analyze the key performance indicators and underlying fundamentals that drive enterprise value, but equally importantly, we communicate in a language business owners understand.
